An inborn desire to look more beautiful and attractive can be easily understood. To a great extent the person’s harmonious face expression depends on the nose as this organ is in its central part. In this way, a nose should be uniquely adjusted to a particular face. That’s why before a nose correction surgery you should take your time in deciding what form of nose you would like to have, what seems to you most attractive, and what suits your face best. A picture of your nose will be made at VitkusClinic, where a number of possible variations of the modified nose shapes will be demonstrated and which will help to imagine the overall view of your face after the surgery.
The possibilities of surgical nose correction are broad enough. It is possible to reduce the size of the whole nose, diminish or liquidate dorsal hump, adjust the form of the nose tip (e.g. make it narrower, smaller, raise the tip, etc.), adjust the form of nostrils, or the angle between the nose and the upper lip.
Duration of the surgery: 2-4 hours.
Anaesthesia: the surgery is performed under general anaesthesia.
Post-surgical period: it is possible to leave the clinic on the next day after the operation.
Scars: the sutures are not removed as they resolve themselves. No scars remain after such surgery due to the incisions made inside the nose. Very rarely, if using another surgical method, there may be a very small scar of 3 mm left, hidden underneath the nose bridge between the nostrils, which will gradually disappear.
Socially presentable, ability to work: the return back to work is possible after 10-15 days.
