Breast reduction surgeries are usually performed in order to eliminate physical discomforts such as respiratory disorder, backache, or dermal inflammations underneath the breasts.

Breast reduction is a surgery to tauten and reshape breasts which are too big, sagging and lacking elasticity.

Duration of the surgery: 2-4 hours.

Anaesthesia: the surgery is performed under general anaesthesia.

Post-surgical period: after the surgery we recommend staying at our clinic for 1-2 days, the pain stops within 1-2 days. A special bra must be worn for about 5-6 weeks.

Scars: the sutures are taken out in the first week after the surgery. Depending on the surgical intervention the scars may be visible for one year, and then they gradually disappear.

Socially presentable, ability to work: the return to work is possible after a week, although sports or physical work must be avoided for 5-6 weeks.
